Diane K. Squadron, PsyD

Diane K Squadron is a clinical psychologist with over twenty years of administrative and social service experience in New Jersey. She came to JFS in February of 2018 as the Chief Executive Officer, and brings to the position strong management, relationship-building, and grant development skills as well as financial acumen, professionalism, and empathy. Prior to JFS, Diane worked in private practice and for ten years at Youth Consultation Service as the Vice President of Outpatient Mental Health and Community Services.

Diane received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University, and her BA in Psychology from Clark University. Diane has three children and has lived in New Jersey for over 20 years.

Chief Operating Officer

Lauren Hennion, LCSW

Lauren Hennion has been with JFS since 2011 holding a variety of direct service and supervisory positions throughout the agency. Currently, as the Chief Operating Officer, Lauren oversees the wide array of services and programming throughout JFS and serves as a member of the senior management team. Lauren remains passionate and dedicated to mental health through supervising clinical staff, developing professional growth opportunities, expanding programming and refining agency-wide standards and policies to provide a high level of care to clients. Lauren also continues to provide direct service clinical work with individuals and families; integrating and tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each situation, creating a supportive environment for issues to be explored and ideas to be challenged in a nurturing way.

Lauren received her Master’s Degree in Social Work degree from Rutgers University School of Social Work with an area of emphasis of Direct Practice with Children and Families. She has provided direct services to children, adolescents and adults in hospital, agency, school, legal/court and private practice settings providing individual, family, couples and group psychotherapy. Lauren’s areas of clinical specialty include trauma, mental health, life transitions, mood/anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, and grief/loss. With an expertise in trauma, Lauren has received post-graduate training in evidence-based trauma interventions of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as completion of the NJ Task Force certification program on Childhood Sexual Abuse. Lauren gives professional presentations on a variety of topics to the community members as well as other mental health professionals, often in response to specific occurrences and concerns related to the current social climate. Lauren is a certified clinical supervisor for social workers and MSW students.

Chief Financial Officer

Sherita Lyons-Carr

Sherita Lyons is currently the Chief Financial Officer at JFS. While supervising the Business Office, Sherita is committed to providing the most accurate financial information to committees and board members.

Sherita was hired as a bookkeeper back in 1998 and since then has been promoted to staff accountant, senior accountant and CFO. In addition to her financial responsibilities she is currently part of the HR committee to assist JFS in being a fair and well balanced organization.

Sherita holds a BA in Business Administration from Stockton State College.

Chief Development Officer

Kimberly Colchamiro

Kimberly Colchamiro has been at JFS for 7 years and is currently the Chief Development Officer. In this role, Kimberly strives to ensure that JFS has the necessary funds to provide for our programs and services. While grants and allocations only cover part of our agency costs, Kimberly believes in our extraordinarily generous community members and business partners who help us close the gap between grant funding and true agency costs. In addition to fundraising, Kimberly also oversees all agency marketing and communications efforts. Her goal is to ensure that donors understand the direct impact that their gifts have on the lives of our clients and our ability to provide programs and services to the community.

Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from NYU. Prior to coming to JFS, Kimberly worked in consumer products sales and marketing. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
