JFS featured on an episode of “Aging Insights”

February 2, 2022

Holocaust Survivors PCTI Approach
Check out our very own Liz Levy, LCSW, Coordinator of Holocaust Services! Liz was recently on an episode to Aging Insights (sponsored by the New Jersey Advocates for Aging Well (NJAAW)), to talk about Person Centered Trauma Informed Care (PCTI) with our Holocaust Survivors. You can see Liz by clicking on the link below, her part starts at about the 14:10 point.
Watch the whole interview to learn more about PCTI, which is a holistic approach to service provision developed by the JFNA Center on Aging and Trauma.

Social services for Jewish Nazi victims have been supported by a grant from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany. JFS has received funds from the Alfred Landecker Foundation, administered by the Claims Conference for the benefit of needy Jewish Nazi victims.
Holocaust services are supported by a grant from The JFNA Center on Aging and Trauma, a project of the Holocaust Survivor Initiative. Holocaust services are also made possible by other generous partners, including Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, Jewish Community Foundation of Greater MetroWest NJ, KAVOD SHEF in partnership with Seed the Dream Foundation, the State of New Jersey, the Wilf Family Foundation, and other generous donors.
